この「アシステッドハッチング（AH）は良くないかもしれない」という論文の解釈は
本当に慎重であるべきだと思います。

先ほど読みましたが、
the database used did not include information on the history of RIF and embryo quality at ET
と本文に書かれているとおり
胚のグレードや患者の治療歴は考慮されていません。

初回移植ではAHを行わず
初回不成功のあとに選択する「セカンドステップ」として選択する施設も少なくありません。
その場合、一般的には良いグレードの胚から移植を進めていくはずですので、AHを選択された胚はその段階で「不利」なのです。

こうした背景を考慮されずに、データベースだけで比較すると
非常に大きなバイアスを見逃してしまうリスクがあると考えています。

したがって、この論文だけを根拠に
「AHは危険だ」と断定するのは、むしろ危険だと考えます。

着床率や流産率を議論するのであれば、
胚のグレード や PGTの有無を含めた解析が不可欠です。
逆に、それらがないデータの結論にはどうしても限界があると考えています。 December 12, 2025
