Those who truly care about human rights, social justice, and the dignity of ordinary people cannot look away when the use of force is normalized as a tool of negotiation.

Some may try to portray such statements as confrontational. In reality, a united and predictable alliance that clearly supports peaceful resolution and international law is precisely what helps prevent miscalculation and conflict. It is far more responsible to draw a transparent red line against the use of force than to remain vague and invite dangerous misunderstandings.

If we believe that disputes should be resolved without war, and that economic interdependence in East Asia should not be gambled away on the altar of coercion, then we should welcome this firm and united message.

Where I Am These Days/写一写近况
You’ve probably noticed that I haven’t been very active lately.
各位大概也注意到了，我最近的活动并不是很频繁。

Since October, my grandpa’s cancer has taken a turn for the worse, and we’ve been taking turns caring for him in the hospital. The illness has left him with moments of not wanting to go on, which has quietly weighed on all of us — especially me.
从十月开始，外公的癌症开始恶化，我们不得不轮流在医院看护。甚至外公也出现了一些因为重病带来的“不想继续下去”情绪，对家人们（可能主要是我）带来了一些心理影响。

At the same time, my OSAS has gotten to its worst point. For about two weeks, I woke up every morning with such bad headaches that I had to take a lot of painkillers just to get through the day. I was constantly drowsy, so I finally had to start using a CPAP machine.
同时，我的OSAS也到了最严重的地步，有两周几乎每天起床都头疼得需要大量服用止痛药，白天也总是昏昏欲睡，所以我不得不开始使用CPAP设备。

While CPAP does help relieve my OSAS symptoms, the noise and discomfort make it even harder to fall asleep — which was already difficult for me. My sleep quality may have improved on paper, but I’m actually sleeping fewer hours than before. I still need Klonopin to fall asleep, but its 10–12 hour effect stretches far beyond my 6–8 hour sleep, leaving me half-awake most times. Because of that, my old “12 hours awake / 12 hours asleep” rhythm is completely messed up.
虽然后者有效地缓解了我的OSAS症状，但是其噪音以及不适感却让本就难以入睡的我入睡更加困难。并且，OSAS缓解后带来的睡眠质量提升减少了我的睡眠时间，但不吃氯硝西泮我还是无法入睡，而其药效（10–12小时）却显著长于我目前的睡眠时间（6–8小时），导致我原来的“12小时起床、12小时睡觉”的作息规律被完全打乱。

A lot of the time, I honestly can’t tell whether I’m still half asleep or if it’s just the lingering effect of the Klonopin. (Actually, I’m in that half-awake state right now while writing this.)
很多时候我都不知道自己到底是真的没睡醒，还是只是氯硝西泮的药效没有消退。
（其实在写这个随笔的时候，我就处于这样的半清醒状态。）

All of this — plus some other small life troubles like my travel plans falling apart — has completely overwhelmed my ability to handle stress. My anxiety and depression have come back stronger than ever. Almost every day I find myself hating myself, denying myself, and questioning the only thing that keeps me going: my little dream.
以上种种，加上一些其他诸如旅行计划被打乱之类的生活琐事，致使我对心理压力的自我调节能力完全过载。严重的焦虑与抑郁症状再度复现，几乎每天都在厌恶自己、痛恨自己、否定自己，质疑唯一激励我前行的唯一动力——我的小小梦想。

To be honest, I don’t have the energy I had two or three years ago. I don’t even know where I used to find the strength to shoot a photo set every week. I can feel my energy, my motivation, and my vision for the future slowly being drained away by the illness inside me — and there’s almost nothing I can do about it.
坦白地说，我已经没有两三年前的活力了，我现在甚至不知道当初我是从哪里来的精力，每个星期拍出一套写真。我能感觉到，我日常的活力、生活的动力、未来的愿景，正在一点点被心中的病魔缓缓抽干，而我自己却几乎无能为力。<br />

😡黄奇帆讲话被他加工成中共贸易战大捷，这套洗脑逻辑必须戳穿

Stone 最新一集视频标题是：
“真的自信了，黄奇帆重提中国制造2025，川普围堵完全失败。”

乍一看像经济评论，
实际上是典型的 “中共成就宣讲＋为北京对外斗争洗白” 的大外宣内容。
下面照你习惯的方式，把 Stone 的每一条逻辑，拆给你看。

一、Stone 先声夺人：

把一场复杂的贸易战，剪成一句口号式“川普失败”
Stone 的第一步，就是抢“结论权”。

他开场就说：
“黄奇帆敢在重要场合重新提中国制造2025，说明他们真正自信了，说明川普围堵彻底失败。”
这就是 Stone 最典型的洗脑框架：
先定性，再讲故事，最后把观众推入结论。

他偷换了三个关键前提：
贸易战唯一目的＝阻止中国制造2025。
这完全不成立。贸易战涉及知识产权、强制技术转移、补贴、关税不对等、供应链安全等复杂议题。
只要中国仍能出口车、造芯片＝川普失败。
实际上，美国目的不是“摧毁中国”，而是降低依赖、重塑供应链、缩短关键领域暴露风险。

黄奇帆讲话＝北京官方宣布胜利。
论坛讲话是政治信号，但不是“经济事实”。
Stone 却把这个当成“终局判决”。

Stone 就靠这种“偷换目标＋偷换判定标准”，
把复杂问题做成一张宣传单。

二、Stone 全盘接受黄奇帆的“神话式数据”，

完全不做任何质疑

黄奇帆说：“96%目标超额完成，4%基本完成。”
Stone 原封不动接收，然后往上加戏：
“这就是全面胜利。”

“这是收官之作。”
“川普尝试百分之百失败。”

你注意到了吗？
Stone 不会问一句这“96%”的指标是什么，怎么定义，怎么验收。

中国制造2025 的原始 KPI 包括：
高端装备国产化率

核心零部件自给率
机器人密度

先进制程突破
企业盈利能力
工业软件自主率

核心技术依赖度
Stone 一个都没提。
他把所有复杂指标全部替换成：

“汽车出口世界第一、低端芯片产量很大，所以我们实现了。”

这是大外宣最常见的伎俩：
用最容易吹的两个数据，冒充整个体系的胜利。

三、Stone 又开始老套路：

把出口量＝技术突破，把体量＝领先，用数量压掉质量
Stone 喋喋不休讲汽车出口，说：

中国发动机热效率全球最高
中国汽车出口 600 万辆
这是“核心技术突破”

这是他所有节目里最常用的伎俩：
拿“数量好看”当“技术领先”。
他不谈：

发动机热效率是否真实可验证

可靠性、耐用性、安全标准是否能进入欧盟体系
车企是否依赖政府巨额补贴
产能是否已严重过剩
欧盟和美国正在调查中国电动车倾销
大量出口实际上是“库存清理”＋“海外租车公司吸纳”
Stone 要的不是“分析”，
他要的是“让你感觉到中国领先了，美国输了”。
所以他挑的全部是 “能让外行听了爽” 的数据。

四、Stone 把“低端芯片产量上升”吹成“美国封锁失败”
这是大外宣最核心的误导点

他讲芯片那段特别有目的性：

“中国芯片产值从 0 到 3000 亿。”
“出口 1500 亿，是最大单项出口。”

“美国封锁完全失效。”

这是什么？
这是典型的“用数量掩盖技术落差”的宣传话术。

他不讲：

中国出口的是 28nm 以上的成熟工艺。

中国在高端制程（14nm、7nm）、EDA 软件、光刻机、材料完全被卡。
中国所有 AI 芯片依赖绕制裁的灰色供应链。
美国的封锁目标从来不是“让中国不能造低端芯片”。
而是打掉中国在军用/AI/先进制程的突破速度。

Stone 故意混淆“低端产量”与“高端突破”，
让观众误以为中国已经在半导体全面赶上美国。
这是中共最需要的“精神胜利”，
而 Stone 就是他们的复读机。

五、Stone 把中国的债务、失业、企业倒闭、产能外溢

洗成“升级的阵痛”
这是他最阴的一段。
Stone 讲到产业升级，说：
“不升级就永远是加工贸易。”
“有人失业是正常的阵痛。”
“结构发生了重大变化，不会再回头。”

这种说法在中国官媒里非常常见。
它的功能是：
把人民承受的代价合法化，把统治者应负的责任消失化。
