🪲「昆虫 × RWA × Mantle」の話をしよう🇯🇵
Mantle がクリエイター / リサーチャー向けに
RWA ScholarSHIP Content Bounty を開催中🚢✨

そして、私が出そうと思っているテーマは…
「倭国の希少な昆虫カルチャーを、MantleでRWA化する」🪲

倭国人にとって昆虫って、ただの「虫」じゃないよね。
夏休みにカブトムシ / クワガタを探して山に入る🌲
セミの声で季節を感じて、コンビニでカブトムシが普通に売られている国🇯🇵
さらに、オオクワガタの大型個体が
何十万円〜100万円クラスで取引されてきた世界もある。
これはもう「趣味」と「文化」と「資産」が
すでにオフチェーンで混ざり合っている状態なんだよね💸🪲

ここに Mantle RWA をどう重ねるか？
私の案は3つ👇

1️⃣標本・コレクションRWA
・博物館やコレクターが持つ標本セットを1つの「コレクション」としてVault化
・展示 / 貸出 / 写真集 / 3Dモデル / NFTなどの収益をオンチェーンでシェア
・トークン保有者は「好きな昆虫コレクションを一緒に支える権利」を持つ

2️⃣昆虫ビジネスRWA（食用・研究用など）
・食用昆虫ファームや研究用ブリーディング事業の将来キャッシュフローをRWA化
・環境負荷の低いタンパク源としての「昆虫プロテイン」をESG/インパクト投資 × Web3の文脈でMantle上に載せる🌱

3️⃣保全インパクトRWA
・里山や保護区など「昆虫多様性の高いエリア」の保全プロジェクトと連動
・トークンの資金は生息地保全や研究に使われ、進捗や成果をオンチェーンでトラッキング
・「好きな昆虫を、投機じゃなく保全の形で支援する」モデル

🈲もちろん、やってはいけないライン もある⚠️
・野生の希少種そのものを「売買トークン」にするのはNG
・密輸や違法採集をインセンティブしてはいけない
・CITESや各国の規制を踏まえた上で、対象は 合法的な標本／コレクション／ビジネス／保全プロジェクト に限定する

だからこのアイデアは、
「レア昆虫をギャンブルにする話」じゃなくて、
🪲 倭国の昆虫カルチャー
🧪 研究と保全
🧱 MantleのRWAインフラ
この3つをちゃんと接続して、
“好きだったもの” を “守りながら参加できるアセット” に変える試み にしたいと思ってる。

いまのRWAは、
国債・株式・不動産みたいな「金融の幹」が中心だけど、その横に、「カブトムシと国債のあいだにある、
まだ誰もトークン化してない価値」
を倭国から提案できたら面白くない？😎

Mantle RWA ScholarSHIPでは、
こういう ニッチだけどストーリーのあるRWA も出していきたい。

🪲 Let’s talk about “Insects × RWA × Mantle” 🇯🇵
Mantle is currently running the RWA ScholarSHIP Content Bounty for creators and researchers 🚢✨
And the theme I’m planning to submit is…
“Tokenizing Japan’s rare insect culture as RWA on Mantle” 🪲
For people in Japan, insects aren’t just “bugs.”
You hike into the mountains in summer to hunt for rhinoceros beetles and stag beetles 🌲
You feel the season change through the sound of cicadas,
and you live in a country where convenience stores casually sell beetles 🇯🇵
On top of that, large Dorcus hopei binodulosus (Japanese stag beetles) have traded for tens of thousands of yen up to the ¥1,000,000 class.
So “hobby,” “culture,” and “asset” are already blended together off-chain 💸🪲
So how do we layer Mantle RWA on top of this?
I have three ideas 👇

1️⃣ Specimen & Collection RWA
Turn museum / private collector specimen sets into a single “collection vault”
Share on-chain revenue from exhibitions, rentals, photobooks, 3D models, NFTs, etc.
Token holders get the right to “co-support their favorite insect collections”

2️⃣ Insect Business RWA (food, research, etc.)
Tokenize the future cash flows of edible insect farms or research breeding businesses
Bring “insect protein” as a low-impact protein source
into an ESG / impact investing × Web3 narrative on Mantle 🌱

3️⃣Conservation Impact RWA
Connect tokens to conservation projects in satoyama landscapes and protected areas
with high insect biodiversity
Funds raised via tokens go to habitat conservation and research,
with progress and outcomes tracked on-chain
A model where you support your favorite insects through conservation, not speculation
Of course, there are lines we must not cross ⚠️
Turning wild rare species themselves into “tradeable tokens” is a hard NO
We must not incentivize smuggling or illegal collecting
Everything must comply with CITES and local regulations,
and be limited to legal specimens, collections, businesses, and conservation projects
So this idea is not about turning rare insects into a casino.
It’s about connecting:

🪲 Japan’s insect culture
🧪 Science, research, and conservation
🧱 Mantle’s RWA infrastructure
…to turn “what we loved as kids” into assets we can participate in while protecting them.
Right now, most RWAs are the big “trunks” of finance:
government bonds, stocks, real estate, and so on.
But right next to that trunk,
there’s this space in between “rhinoceros beetles and government bonds”
— a whole layer of value nobody has tokenized yet.
If we could propose that layer from Japan, wouldn’t that be fun? 😎
In Mantle’s RWA ScholarSHIP,
I want to surface these kinds of niche but story-driven RWA ideas.
