The main stat allocation feels awkward, and compared to her 1st Talisman, this one looks like a “bad roll” if you only care about Electra herself.

The 2nd skill’s magic defense reduction scales a bit better, yet its base coefficient around 35% still feels modest. Meanwhile, her tankiness and “damage soak” role are slightly weakened, so she trades survivability for somewhat sharper debuffs.

Where the 2nd Talisman truly shines is in synergy, especially with Iris. The real “core” of this Talisman is its Artifact interaction: once your Artifact reaches around level 20 or more, the debuffs stack so hard that enemy tanks melt. Electra’s debuff plus Iris’s can push effective magic defense to near zero, massively amplifying your whole team’s damage during the debuff window.

第2タリスマンが本領を発揮するのは、単体性能ではなくシナジー面、とくにアイリスとの組み合わせです。
このタリスマンの「本体」はステータスではなく異物との連動効果であり、異物レベルが20以上になるとデバフ量が一気に跳ね上がります。
エレクトラ側のデバフとアイリス側のデバフを合わせることで、敵タンクの魔法防御を実質ゼロ近くまで落とせるため、デバフが入っている間はパーティ全体のダメージが爆発的に増加します。

For most players, that’s overkill—you won’t feel the full benefit unless your entire account is already extremely developed. その結果、PvP環境は中課金層や新規プレイヤーにとってますます厳しい場になり、古参プレイヤーも「終わりの見えない武装競争」に付き合わされているような感覚を覚えざるを得ません。
