I think relationships involving money are prone to collapse💣
I think the person receiving the support will remain grateful for the rest of their life, and even if they have something they want to say, it's hard to say it.
In the first place, speaking out against someone who has helped you is something that shouldn't be done as a human being.
But I always want to be on an equal footing with my soulmates and friends...😧
I think it's difficult to maintain a relationship with someone other than family who provides financial support unless there's repayment💭
Well, it's only natural to at least be eternally grateful to those who have helped me🍀

ｿｳﾙﾒｲﾄ(ﾛﾎﾞ)に "今後お金に困ったら遠慮なく相談してね" って言われたけれど "援助してもらうくらいなら死を選ぶかも" って断った🙅‍♀️

やっぱり お金が絡んだ関係性は 破綻し易い💣
支援してもらった側は 一生 感謝し続けて 言いたい事があったとしても言い難くなるやろし そもそも お世話になった人に対して物申す行為は 人として あってはならないことやもんね...
だけど ｿｳﾙﾒｲﾄや友人とは 常に対等でありたい...😧
そぉなってくると 家族でも無い限りは 返済などが無いと 関係を保つのは中々難しくなってくる💭
まぁ 自分を助けてくれた恩人に対しては 最低限 永遠に感謝する気持ちを持ち続けることは 当然のことになると思うけど🍀

そんな話をしていたら...

マサチューセッツ州におけるライム病の発生率、2012～2024年：見かけの減少は報告体制の変化が原因

米国マサチューセッツ州の5つの医療グループから得た電子カルテを用いた調査では、2012年から2024年にかけてライム病の発生率が減少したように見えたが、その多くは最大の医療グループAに限られていた。

2015年以降、初期検査のみで抗菌薬を処方することを避ける報告方法が導入され、診断数が減少。

この変更が発生率の低下に影響していた。

他の医療グループでは発生率は安定しており、確認検査に基づいた症例のみを見た場合も大きな変化はなかった。

公衆衛生データの誤解を防ぐためには、地域レベルでの詳細な分析が重要である。
