This kind of illegal dumping in protected forests like Mt. Akagi is completely unacceptable.
Destroying Japan’s precious nature to save a few yen on disposal fees is selfish and cowardly.
Huge respect to the police and local authorities for tracking them down and making the arrests.
Hope the courts throw the full book at them: maximum fine + jail time, and make the company pay every yen to clean it up and restore the forest.
