•ASDとアレキシサイミア
自閉スペクトラム症の情動理解や共感の困難のかなりの部分は、「自分の感情を捉え言語化する困難（アレキシサイミア）」によって説明できるという「Alexithymia hypothesis」が提案されています（Bird & Cook, 2013; Cook et al., 2013）。
•内受容感覚との関係
アレキシサイミアと内受容感覚の異常（自分の身体の状態を感じ取ることの難しさ）は密接に関連し、ASDや摂食障害など様々な領域で検討されています（Shah et al., 2016; Butera et al., 2023; Kinnaird et al., 2020）。
•感情ラベリング＋感情調整のプログラム
Emotional Awareness and Skills Enhancement（EASE）など、感情への気づき・ラベリングと調整スキルを中心に据えたプログラムが、ASD当事者の情動調整と行動の改善に有望という報告が出ています（Conner et al., 2019; Beck et al., 2021; White et al., 2025）。
・ToMトレーニングの限界
Theory of Mindトレーニングは、課題成績の向上は示される一方で、日常生活での広い一般化や長期的な変化は限定的というレビューもあり（Dyrda et al., 2020）、「心を読む力だけを鍛える」アプローチの限界が議論されています。

このような各不祥事はもとより
そもそも犯罪行為に加担している。
