僕がプレイヤーの皆さんに
「アップデートやグッズ化の要望などは、パブリッシャーに直接送ってください」
と常にお伝えしているのには、理由があります。

それが “生の声として一番しっかり伝わる方法” だからです。

僕からパブリッシャーに「こういう要望が届いています」と伝えることはできますが、情報そのものは届いても、その裏にある“熱量”までは伝わりきりません。
実のところ、僕は機会さえあれば先方に「こんな声が届いているんですよ」とお話ししています。ですが、それがどれほど切実なのか、必要とされているのか――そういったリアルな温度感は、僕のような関係者を経由することで、どうしても“冷めて”伝わってしまうのです。

だからこそ、皆さんが必要としていること、困っていることを最も効果的に届ける方法は、パブリッシャーの問い合わせ窓口へ直接伝えること なんです。
終天教団であれば、 DMMさん（Steam版や海外版はSpikeChunsoftさん）ですね。
グッズ化の要望はIPを持っているDMM様が良いでしょう。

もちろん、感想や作品内容についてのご意見はこれまで通りウェルカムですし、質問も答えられる範囲で回答していきます。

There’s a reason why I always tell players,
“If you have requests or suggestions (updates, merch requests, etc.), please contact the publisher directly.”

It’s because that’s the only way your voices are conveyed as real, firsthand feedback.

Even if I pass the message along to the publisher—
“People are asking for this,”
—while the information is delivered, the passion behind it doesn’t fully transmit.

To be honest, I do tell them whenever I have the chance:
“Here’s the kind of feedback we’re receiving.”
But the sense of urgency, how strongly something is needed, the genuine temperature of the community—
those things inevitably “cool down” when they’re passed through someone involved in the project, like me.

That’s why the most effective way to communicate what you want or what you’re struggling with
is to send it directly to the publisher’s support channel.
For Shuten Order, that would be DMM (and for the Steam/overseas versions, Spike Chunsoft).
Requests for merchandise should go to DMM, since they hold the IP.

Of course, impressions about the story or general opinions are always welcome,
and I’ll continue to answer questions as much as I’m able.
