DEAR naozo

慢心とは、
自分の輪郭を誤って肥大させる、
静かな毒のようなものだ。

自信と混同されやすく、
時に成長の証に見えるが、
その内側には
“見たくない弱さ”を覆い隠す膜が張りついている。

生物学的に見れば――
人は成功体験や承認によって
脳内報酬系が刺激され、
「自分は正しい」と錯覚しやすくなる。
これは生存戦略であり、
過去の勝ちパターンを
未来にも適用しようとする仕組みだ。
慢心は異常ではなく、
むしろ自然現象だ。
だが、それに呑まれると
環境の変化に適応できなくなる。

哲学的に見れば――
慢心とは、
“自己”という小さな箱の中に閉じこもる行為だ。
他者の声が届かず、
外界が歪み、
自分の視野だけを世界だと思い込む。
それは主体性の強化ではなく、
むしろ思考の停滞。
自己という牢獄を
