ポン出しでくっそカッコいいのできた。
出したのはseedream4.5なんだけど、これ、ちょっとでも外すとがっつりアーティファクトができるから、かなりギリギリのプロンプトになってるようです。
ちなみに生成時のポーズやボーンのリファレンスは無しです。

リファレンスすればええやろって思うかもしれないですが、なしで頑張りたかったんです🥴

これ、何十回の修正と百回以上の生成とモデルを跨ぐために半年間待ち粘り勝ちしたものです。（Midjourney→Nijijourney→Seedream4.0→NanoBanana→Nano Banana Pro→Seedream4.5）の検証でここまできました。
そんな秘蔵っ子を出すので、使ってもらっていいのですが、使うときは引用リポストで「こんなのできたよ！」って言ってもらえたらうれしいです😭

🩶大切なチェキを綺麗に保存する方法🩶

前提として有料プランのものを多く使用しています。いろいろな方法があると思うので、どなたかの参考になると嬉しいです(⸝⸝◜~◝⸝⸝)💬⭐︎

①撮影とトリミング
カメラ：iPhone 16pro（倍率2x）
カメラを真上からなるべくチェキと平行に、光や影が入らないように撮影。個人的には寒色より暖色の光のほうがきれいに写る気がします✨撮ったらカメラロールの『切り取り』からトリミング。傾き補正や遠近補正で、お顔が歪まないように整えます。

②フラッシュ機能
アプリのMeituを開き、『写真⇒編集⇒色調⇒フラッシュ⇒フラッシュプロ（有料）』で、だいたい30〜50くらいかけます。︎かけすぎると白飛びしてしまうので注意💭

③色味調整
『色調』で細かい調整をします。『コントラスト』『温度』『色相』は毎回調整しています。特に『色相』は、チェキが緑っぽくなったり黄ばむのがいやなのでとても大事…🙂‍↕️調整の数値はチェキによって変えています。
Meituは全体だけじゃなくて『部分的補正（有料）』で調整もできるので、片目だけ暗いときとか、お顔だけもう少し彩度を上げたいみたいなときにも使えるので優秀です💮

④高画質化
『編集⇒高画質化』の『Ultra HD（有料）』を30〜50くらいかけます。（高画質にしすぎるとお顔が変わってしまったり、AIっぽくなってしまうので好きじゃない）最近はカメラロールの『シャープネス』を〜10ぐらいかけるほうが良いかも？と思ってますが、有料プラン使わないと勿体無いので使ってます👈🏻ᜦ ᜦ ᜦ December 12, 2025

すぐ真似できるプロ技｜平成レトロ風（Y2K）加工⚡
「平成のコンデジ」で撮ったみたいに！！

👀手順（Ps）

①レベル補正
黒レベルを少し右へ／白レベルを少し左へ。
→ 黒を締めつつ、白飛び一歩手前まで調整してね。

②トーンカーブ
ゆるいS字でコントラストUP。
シャドウをほんの少し持ち上げて、ベタ黒にならないように。

③カラーバランス（中間調）
・シアン→レッド：＋10くらい
・イエロー→ブルー：−5〜−10くらい
→ ちょっとホワイトバランスがズレてる感じを出す。

④アンシャープマスク
量：90％／半径：1.6px／しきい値：3レベル。
→ 輪郭をカリッとさせてデジカメの強シャープっぽさを。

⑤ぼかし（ガウス）
半径：0.8pxだけ全体に。
→ シャープにし過ぎたカリカリ感を少しだけならす。

⑥ノイズを加える
ノイズ7％・均等・グレースケールOFF。
→ カラーノイズ混じりのザラつき＝高ISOコンデジ感。

⑦レンズ補正
カスタム → 周辺光量補正：−30前後。
→ 画面端を少し落として、レトロな立体感。

⑧仕上げの「色ズレ」
調整後レイヤーを2枚コピー。
・1枚目：ソフトライト／不透明度50％（コントラストと色ノリUP）
・2枚目：レイヤースタイルで「R」だけONにして、右へ2px移動。
→ ほんのり色収差が出てY2Kの粗さが完成。

ステップは多いけど、全部簡単でしたね！！

今回の設定は、結構強めの「盛り加工」にしています。

お手持ちの素材にあわせて
コントラストやノイズ量を少し抑えると、
より使いやすいトーンになるはずです。

プリント写真っぽくしてみたり、
雑誌の1ページ風にしてみたり。
このレシピをベースに、
Y2K感を好きな方向へ寄せていきましょう！

・強めコントラスト＋少し黄赤寄りのカラー
・カラーノイズ多めのザラザラ感
・「シャープだけどどこか粗い」輪郭
・Rチャンネルだけズラした色収差

この4つを押さえると、
「平成コンデジで撮ったストリートスナップ」感が一気に出ます🙌

CANON IXYとか使っていたなぁ～😆

正直、Nano Banana Pro🍌とか使えば
「モデルと構図はそのままに、2000年代のコンデジで撮った感じにして」
みたいなプロンプトで一発で近い絵は作れると思います。（まだ試してませんが）

とはいえですよ、
・どんな加工が掛かっているかを理解していること
・自分の手でも同じ処理ができること

ここがデザイナーにとっては
本当に重要なんですよね💪
