同社の初期顧客には、フランスのAIモデル開発企業Mistral、米国のコーディングAI企業Cursor、ドイツのビジュアルAI企業Black Forestなどが含まれており、これらは将来の大企業へと成長する可能性を秘めているとチェルニン氏は述べた。

2026年の成長は、Shopify、Prosus、ServiceNowといった、従来から米国クラウドに依存してきたデジタル企業のAI先行導入層が牽引する見込みだ。これらの企業は、Nebiusの専門特化型AIサービスに優位性を見出しており、同社のビジネスモデルを裏付けているという。

2027年以降は、より一般的な企業向けサービスの提供を目指す。これは、米国企業による大規模データセンター投資を誘致する以上に、欧州の主権強化に貢献するとチェルニン氏は語った。
