今回のポップアップは、約4年間公式イベントとして開放されていなかったドバイモール噴水広場の外部空間で開催された。ドバイは4年連続で世界最多訪問客数を誇る都市であり、この空間をビューティーブランドが公式イベントとして活用したのは今回が初めてである。イベントは11月21日から30日まで、毎日午前10時から午後11時まで運営されている。

会場にはTIRTIRの代表製品である「マスクフィット レッドクッション」や「抹茶スキンケアライン」、ドバイで初公開された新商品（Prism Highlighter Duo & Mood Glider Lip & Blush Stick）などが展示されたほか、メイクアップアーティストによる肌タイプ別シェードマッチング、カスタム刻印サービス、体験型展示ゾーン、抹茶ドリンクサービスなど、来場者参加型プログラムも運営された。
KOEN Commerce関係者は「ドバイ・モールの中心部がK-ビューティーの体験空間として構成され、現場の反応が非常に積極的だった」と述べた。
TIRTIRは今回のプロジェクトを契機に、中東を代表するファッション・ビューティ及びライフスタイル流通企業「Namshi」との協業を強化した。
NamshiはUAE・サウジアラビアなどGCC全域で高いシェアを持つ中東最大規模のファッション＆ビューティ流通企業であり、今回の連携活動によりTIRTIR製品の顧客アクセス性が大幅に拡大。現地のMZ世代消費者層を中心にブランド認知度が急速に拡散した。

プロジェクトの企画及び運営は、TIRTIR本社とKOEN Commerceの協業のもとで進められた。KOEN Commerceは2021年より中東・欧州を中心に、競争力あるK-ビューティーブランドの現地紹介と市場拡大のための流通網を構築してきたマーケティング基盤の流通専門企業であり、今回のイベントでは企画・安定運営、パートナー間ネットワーク調整、現地機関・メディアとのローカルコミュニケーション、オンライン・オフライン売上拡大のためのプロモーション拡充など実務運営全般を支援した。
現場で撮影された映像と写真はSNSで急速に拡散され、#/TIRTIRDubai、#/VxTIRTIR、#/MaskFitRedCushionなどがTikTok・Instagramで数百万ビューを記録した。
今回のプロジェクトは、単なる宣伝を超え、K-ビューティーが文化・観光・エンターテインメント要素と融合し、新たな形態のブランド体験を実現した事例との評価が出ている。

Twitter算法调整后, 给新号的10条建议

最近几个月Twitter算法有调整, 之前的一些网上的教程不太适用了, 我这里记录一下.

补个坑吧.

1️⃣ 帖子没必要thread分段了.
就是你看到一个帖子, 拆成小段的, 然后自己在回复里一段一段贴的.

现在Twitter算法倾斜与长文和读者停留时间. 所以直接写长文 post就行了.
(需要买会员,至少3U的, 推荐8U的蓝标Premium会员)

2️⃣内容要能吸引读者进来

用户的推荐流页面, 只能看到你前三行字, 文章主旨要放这里. 比如说: 教大家通过X平台, 用Y方法,赚取年化%Z的收益.

3️⃣ 内容要能吸引读者停留下来

就是干货多, 知识密度大. 如果点开是那种广告贴, 就是熵很低的, 空话套话, 大家都直接关掉页面, 或者划过去了.

或者文章开头说的是赚钱方法, 文末给不相干的嘴撸协议打广告, 很多人也会直接取关或者block掉.

4️⃣发帖时间没有那么重要了
现在的曝光算法是, 单位时间内的曝光减少, 但是细水长流,到48个小时. 不像以前, 可能集中在前几个小时的曝光.

所以如果你的帖子内容不错, 只要别半夜发帖. 其他任意时间发区别不大. 不用刻意选时间.

5️⃣嘴撸贴控制在20%以内.
超过这个比例就容易取关掉粉了. 这里指纯嘴撸广告贴, 就是对读者没啥帮助的纯粹喂屎内容.
(谁TM关心你一个隐私链到底是怎么和机器人赛道结合起来的?)

如果是你真的觉得读者可以受益的, 可以不受这个比例限制. (比如我发文推荐Bitget U卡, 读者赚 15U奖励, 我赚 5U返佣, 双赢)

你如果Kaito yap 200分以内, 或者5000真粉以内, 你也没必要尝试Kaito嘴撸了, 现在都被矩阵号和互助小组包场了.

6️⃣和大KOL交互才会涨yap
这个不是X算法了, 是Kaito自己的算法.

你的帖子如果CZ给你回复了一下, 第二天可能就会涨100 yap. 但是如果是1000个小号回复, 没用.

所以最好的办法是去KOL下面深度留言, 如果他们和你交互(点赞,评论等), 都会涨你的yap. 也会让你的个人资料的到更多流量.

7️⃣发图

发图和视频都可以提高帖子算法权重, 而且能增加读者用户停留时间, 也最增加曝光.

所以发一些教程的页面截图有用.

更好的图,就用Gemini3 Nano Banana之类可以辅助生成. 视频我自己也没试过. 据说有用

8️⃣主动要回关的话看人下菜

a) 是长久粉丝, 经常评论互动, KOL对你有印象.
b) 要么就是你粉丝数和他差距不大, 可能在3倍以内 , 友情回关一下.

a 和 b 还建立在你主页内容不错, 并且买了蓝标的基础上.

难度的话,看他粉丝数/关注数的比值.

那种5W粉, 自己500个关注的KOL. 你就不用浪费时间. 只有等你做好内容,对方主动来关注.

私信同理.

除非你体量相当或者明牌付费咨询, 或者有其他什么特殊因素(你千古奇冤, 被交易所坑了特别大一笔钱), 一般不会理你. 更别去问那些chatGPT上就能问到的问题, 浪费双方时间.

9️⃣ 写对其他人有帮助的内容
中文CT这一块,大部分人都是来学习赚钱的. 所以有帮助的内容肯定是围绕着这一块展开的.

你看那些AB / 土澳/ 画师 那些大KOL写自己旅游帖子, 那是因为别人本来就火了,随便发点啥都能有流量. 不是因为写这些生活帖子火起来的.

嘴撸广告贴同理. KOL是火起来了再写这个, 不是靠写这些火起来的.

另外, 你偶尔写点生活相关的, 引战贴, 八卦贴,吸引流量 都可以. 但是这个是没法长久成长的, 粉丝质量也决定了未来你盈利能力有限. 比如说 你就算发黄推积攒了5万真粉丝, 也没几个加密项目或者交易所会找你做商单.

🔟 多看KOL文章写作
在twitter个人主页里, 点 "Highlight" / (亮点?) 这个tab, 你可以看到他最近阅读量最高的文章.

可以去学习一下, 然后对比他名下流量一般的文章. 看多了你基本就心中有数了, 什么文章可以火的起来.

Kindle Highlightsは、自分が「いい」と思ったハイライト部分だけをObsidianに取り込むので、まずは振り返り用としてbase化（画像参照）してストックしています。

メインはこの“振り返り用”としての利用ですが、必要に応じてAIに文脈として渡すこともあります。自分フィルターを通ったデータなので、多少バイアスは入るものの、自分向けのコンテキストを作りやすいという利点があるかなと…。

一方で、本の内容をもっと横断的に扱いたい場合や、本以外の情報（著者のYouTube、記事、インタビューなど）もまとめてAIに渡したい場合は、MarkitdownとWeb Clipperを使っています。Markitdownを使うとPDFや画像をMarkdownに落とせるので、AIが扱いやすい形にできますし、量が多いときは章や節ごとに分割してコンテキスト化しています。あとMarkitdownはMCPとして用意されていて扱いやすいのもメリットです。

NotebookLMを使わない理由は、情報をローカルの一箇所にまとめたいというのがあって、一箇所に集約しておくと後から参照する際に楽になります（たとえばCursorなら、ファイルを@で呼び出すだけで簡単に参照できるみたいな）。

MarkitdownでMarkdown化したり、Web Clipperで保存したりと多少の作業は発生しますが、一度保存してしまえばその後の参照が非常にスムーズになります。

「初回の手間」と「後の楽さ」のトレードオフを考えると、最終的にローカルに情報を集めておく方が長期的に運用しやすいのかなと！ December 12, 2025
