Body Connect Therapy
トラウマケア心理療法とは

藤本昌樹博士（東京未来大学教授・シーディングリソース代表）が​開発したボトムアップ式のトラウマセラピーで、倭国語で「統合的身体志向心理療法」という新しい心理療法。

カウンセリングは自分の痛みや辛さを言語化することが大体において必要となってきますが、中にはその作業を行うことがとても大きな負担になる人がいます。

BCTは、眼球運動や呼吸法、身体のツボに対するタッピングなどを行いながら、言語化し深掘りしていく従来のカウンセリングとはまた違うアプローチでトラウマをケアしていくもの。

言葉にならない強い苦しみに対してとても優しいアプローチが可能だと思います。

2016年に開発され、2018年に第1回目の公式トレーニングが行われその後も公式トレーニングの開催毎にBCTを行える臨床心理士や公認心理師、医師等の対人援助職が毎年増えていて

今回の二日間の学びの中でも、藤本先生が受講者の医師の先生にデモンストレーションを行う場面などあり（どうしても先生の手元をちゃんと見ておきたくて1番後ろで立って見学してしまいました！）

私自身も受講者の方々とケアの手法を学びながら互いに体験し、二日間とても濃厚な学びの連続でした。

多くを語らず、フェルトセンス（身体感覚）に注意を向け痛みにアプローチするBCTの手法は、クライアントさんの心の傷にとても優しく寄り添うことができるものだと実感しました。
