Japanese Lawmakers Push for Routine HPV Vaccination of Boys Amid Regional Gaps and Evidence Debate
HPVワクチン男性定期接種化を求める国会・自治体議連、自治体間格差とエビデンス説明が課題に
国会議員と自治体議員が合同で会合を開き、2026年4月までに男子へのHPVワクチンを定期接種化するよう求めた。
かつて積極的勧奨の差し控えを決めた田村憲久議員は、男性のHPV関連中咽頭がんを放置すれば、将来、行政の不作為が訴えられかねないと懸念を示した。
自治体のデータでは女子の接種率に大きな地域差があり、男子は全額公費助成でも接種率が極めて低い。
