引用元のポストの通り、ASDのある成人の「他人の気持ちがわからない」は、
“共感性の欠如”というより、自分の感情に気づき、ラベルを貼る力（感情ラベリング＋内受容感覚）の難しさから始まる場合がある、という研究が増えています (Kinnaird et al., 2019; Mazefsky et al., 2013)。

ASD当事者では、アレキシサイミア（自分の感情がわかりにくい状態）の頻度が高く、
これは抑うつ・不安・自殺リスクとも結びつくことが報告されています (Kinnaird et al., 2019)。

一方で、感情への気づきやラベリング、感情調整スキルをトレーニングするCBT／マインドフルネス系プログラムが、青年〜成人ASDの感情調整の改善に役立ちうることを示す研究も蓄積されつつあります (Conner et al., 2019; Zaharia et al., 2021)。

日常で試せる形：「感情日誌 × Feelings Wheel」

その「日常でできる、ごくシンプルな形」の一つが、感情日誌 × Feelings Wheel（感情ホイール）です。

やり方（1回3〜5分、できる日だけ）
1.今日の出来事を1つだけ書く
　例）「同僚と話して緊張した」「電車が混んでぐったりした」。

2.そのときの身体の反応を書く
　例）「胸がドキドキ」「肩がこわばる」「お腹が重い」。
　──感情はまず身体の変化として現れることが多いので、ここが手がかりになります。

3.Feelings Wheelを見て“いちばん近い感情語”を1〜3個選ぶ
　中心の基本感情（喜び・怒り・不安・悲しみなど）から外側へたどって、
　「これが一番しっくりくるかも」という言葉を選び、
　強さ（0〜10）や「混ざり具合」も一言メモしておく。

目的は、気分を良くすることではなく、
「自分の中の感情に静かにピントを合わせる時間」を持つことです。

fMRI研究では、感情に言葉のラベルを貼るだけで（affect labeling）、
扁桃体の反応が下がり、右前頭前野がより働きやすくなる＝
「言葉にすること自体」が感情調整として機能しうることも示されています (Lieberman et al., 2007)。

Feelings Wheelの位置づけ
Feelings WheelはASD専用ツールではありませんが、
•心理療法やスクールカウンセリング、SEL(Social Emotional Learning)プログラムなどの臨床・教育現場で「感情をことばにする」ための視覚ツールとして広く用いられており、

•ASDやADHDを含むニューロダイバージェント当事者への支援でも、
「自分の感情を知る第一歩」を助ける実践ツールの候補の一つと考えられています。

アメリカの公立小学校では添付の写真のようにSELの授業の中で使用されています。

エビデンスとしては、
•「感情への気づき・ラベリング・調整」に焦点を当てたプログラムが有望であること
•「ラベルを貼ること」そのものが感情調整として働きうること

を示す研究が支えている、という整理が現時点では妥当だと思います。 November 11, 2025
