🚨 第二封委内瑞拉吹哨人致川普总统的信曝光：揭露 Smartmatic、贩毒集团与深层政府勾结 🚨

一封由在美国拘押中的前委内瑞拉少将 Clíver Alcalá Cordones 寄给川普总统的第二封信已送达白宫，内容极具爆炸性。

💥 Cordones 将军披露：

委内瑞拉由犯罪影子集团“太阳贩毒集团”（Cartel de los Soles）统治。

其最高层是豪尔赫·罗德里格斯（Jorge Rodríguez）与德尔茜·罗德里格斯（Delcy Rodríguez），他们才是马杜罗、卡韦略及整个政权背后的真正操纵者。

Smartmatic 系统被用于操纵选举，尤其在无反对派观察员的地区，同一技术如今也在美国使用。

他点名。
他指控系统。
他警告：在委内瑞拉窃取政权的那套机器，正在美国运作。

就在这封信由 Dallas Express 公开的同时，

已确认两架 F-18 战斗机闯入委内瑞拉马拉开波上空。

与此同时，Patrick Byrne，这位多年调查选举基础设施与外国干预的人，也验证了 Cordones 对 Smartmatic 的全部指控：：

“这正是我从一开始就在警告的。委内瑞拉是测试场。”

Byrne 表示，这不仅是选举问题，而是网络战、勒索网络与数字占领。

やっぱ、海外滞在中はVPN契約して正解。倭国のVPNサーバー経由で国内システムにアクセスできるから、変な認証が掛からない。VPN入れてなかったら、マレーシアのIP Addressで接続するので、SMS認証（倭国国内でしか受信できない）とか掛かって即お手上げになる。私が今回選んだのはExpressVPN。 December 12, 2025
